3rd Avenue at 72nd street, NYC

This had been Talbots on 72nd & 3rd for years, but when it was built in 1819 it was a gorgeous brick bank building. I demo’d back to the original brick walls & started to build from there. We busted through the floor to add a new escalator & elevator, unfortunately the floors & walls were 4’ thick & full of rebar to keep bank robbers from getting to the vault … OY Vey.
